Mr. Frank was born and raised in Hungary to a large and musical Zionistic family. Breathing music from childhood, he assumed a leading role in the family orchestras and choirs.

In 1999, he won first place and audience recognition in a national competition for young conductors. Zoli continued to gain experience in conducting choirs in his homeland and throughout Europe.

Drawing from his Zionist background and values, Mr. Frank immigrated to Israel in 2002. His musical ability was quickly recognized and he began becoming involved in various musical circles in Israel.

Mr. Zoli Frank is proficient in every possible style of vocal music and historical contexts and he is the Musical Director and Conductor of Gittit Choir since 2007.

Mr. Zoli Frank is Conductor and Musical Director of a total of 4 choirs in Israel: Gittit in Haifa, Noam in Rehovot; Oriah in Savion and Tzlil Bakfar in Kfar Vradim. His choirs’ repertoire is varied, including: classical works having different styles from various periods, from the Renaissance to today; various international music; and classical and modern Israeli works—some of which Zoli writes and arrange himself.

In addition to performing in churches and halls, Zoli’s choirs perform concerts as volunteers in synagogues and in old age homes on holidays and on other occasions. His choirs also perform regularly in music festivals in Israel and in Europe.
